Vegan Spring Rolls

Ingredients

  • 2 Cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons tamari sauce (or coconut aminos)
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 2 Dates
  • 1 limes Juice (1 tbsp)
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup water

Preparation

  1. Blend ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth. Adjust with water for desired consistency

  2. Serve with Thai salad or the Buddha Bowl, steamed veggies. Or really, anything
