Vegan Spring Rolls
Ingredients
- 2 Cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons tamari sauce (or coconut aminos)
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 Dates
- 1 limes Juice (1 tbsp)
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup water
Preparation
Blend ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth. Adjust with water for desired consistency
Serve with Thai salad or the Buddha Bowl, steamed veggies. Or really, anything
