Blackened Shrimp Tacos

Ingredients

  • 1 lb extra large shrimp
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil
  • instructions:
  • mix the spices together in a small bowl
  • wash and peel the shrimp if needed. pat dry
  • coat the shrimp with 1 tsp olive oil and the spices.

Preparation

  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little more olive oil

  6. Then add the shrimp

  7. Cook for 4 minutes, flip, cook 4-5 more!
