Salmon, Potatoes, and Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 1 salmon fillet
  • 1 package of asparagus
  • 1 lb potatoes
  • 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 425F

  2. Cut potatoes into halves and coat with 1 tbsp of olive oil + sprinkle @traderjoes seasoning on top or whatever seasoning you want

  3. Grease a baking sheet. Add potatoes to one side. Bake for 15 minutes

  4. After the 15 minutes, cut the ends off the asparagus. Coat with 1/2 tbsp olive oil and seasoning of choice

  5. Cut the salmon into fillets, coat with the African smoke seasoning

  6. Add to the pan, bake for 15 minutes

  7. Topped the asparagus with feta and serve
