Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 green apple, peeled and chopped
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1.5 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 scoop of ice (optional)
- 1- 2 scoops of collagen peptides (can also use 100% grass-fed whey or other single ingredient protein powder)
