Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup blueberries and raspberries
  • 2 bananas, 1tsp LSA powder, 1tsp flaxseed oil, pineapple pieces, 1/2 avocado, 3 madjool dates pitted mixed with almondmilk and blended till it became smooth and creamy in texture
  • Topped with some granola
  • Had a fun time eating it by myself like a little child ?? sometimes you need days like these
