  • handful of frozen mango
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • protein powder in ‘birthday cake’ from @theproteinworks
  • splash of oat milk

Toppings

  • sliced banana
  • frozen bluebs
  • frozen raspberries
  • desiccated coconut
  • smooth peanut butter

Preparation

  1. Blend and stir constantly to give a thick consistency
