Energizing Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 fistfuls baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1 celery stalk, chopped
  • 1 chunk of ginger
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 frozen banana (in chunks)
  • 1 scoop of @botanicahealth Perfect Greens & Perfect Protein adrenal support
  • Ice

Preparation

  1. Combine 1/2 cup of water, baby spinach, chopped cucumber, chopped celery, ginger, blueberries, and frozen banana in a blender.

  2. Add 1 scoop each of @botanicahealth Perfect Greens & Perfect Protein adrenal support.

  3. Drop in some ice cubes to chill and thicken the smoothie.

  4. Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy.

  5. Pour into glasses and enjoy your energizing green smoothie!
