Green Power Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 apple
- 1 banana
- Handful of kale
- Handful of spinach
- A squeeze of lemon juice
- 1 tsp (v) vanilla protein @supernature_supermat
- 1 tsp purely greens @supernature_supermat
- 1/2 tsp chlorella @supernature_supermat
- 1 tsp rice bran @supernature_supermat
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 3-4 ice cubes
- Coconut milk
- Oat milk
Preparation
Place the apple, banana, kale, spinach, lemon juice, vanilla protein, purely greens, chlorella, rice bran, grated ginger, almond butter, and ice cubes in a blender.
Add a desired amount of coconut milk and oat milk to reach your preferred consistency.
Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
