Pumpkin Spice Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 1 scoop 310 PUMPKIN SPICE Protein
  • 2 dates (optional)
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin, frozen into ice cubes
  • 1/2 frozen banana or 1 banana (if not using dates, optional)
  • 1 scoop 310 Golden Milk Blend (optional)
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice blend
  • Turmeric (optional, for color)
  • Cinnamon (optional)
  • 4 ice cubes

Preparation

  1. To make homemade oat milk, blend 1 cup oats, 3 cups water, and 2 dates until very smooth; no need to strain

  2. Freeze the canned pumpkin into ice cubes ahead of time

  3. Add all smoothie ingredients to a blender

  4. Blend until smooth and creamy

  5. Serve immediately
