Pumpkin Spice Protein Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup oat milk
- 1 scoop 310 PUMPKIN SPICE Protein
- 2 dates (optional)
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin, frozen into ice cubes
- 1/2 frozen banana or 1 banana (if not using dates, optional)
- 1 scoop 310 Golden Milk Blend (optional)
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice blend
- Turmeric (optional, for color)
- Cinnamon (optional)
- 4 ice cubes
Preparation
To make homemade oat milk, blend 1 cup oats, 3 cups water, and 2 dates until very smooth; no need to strain
Freeze the canned pumpkin into ice cubes ahead of time
Add all smoothie ingredients to a blender
Blend until smooth and creamy
Serve immediately
