Pumpkin Spice Protein Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup of oat milk (I use homemade milk - simply blend 1 cup oats + 3 cups water + 2 dates until veeeryyy smooth. Done! Don’t need to strain the pulp! )
- 1 scoop of 310 PUMPKIN SPICE Protein
- 2 dates (optional)
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin, frozen into ice cubes
- 1/2 frozen banana or 1 if not using dates
- 1 scoop 310 Golden Milk Blend
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice blend
- optional: turmeric (for color) and/or cinnamon
- 4 ice cubes
