Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 2 ripe bananas (freckled)
  • 2-3 dates
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen pitaya
  • 1-2 tsp raw honey

Preparation

  1. Blend on high until smooth.
