Red White and Blue Berry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 @blendtopia keto berry smoothie kit
  • 1 C water or plant milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp beetroot powder (optional)

Toppings

  • blueberries
  • banana
  • goji berries

Preparation

  1. Add ingredients for smoothie to a high speed blender. Use less liquid if you want it extra thick, or a little more if you want it thin and drinkable.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Pour into a chilled bowl and top with toppings.
