Red White and Blue Berry Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 @blendtopia keto berry smoothie kit
- 1 C water or plant milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
- 1 tsp beetroot powder (optional)
Toppings
- blueberries
- banana
- goji berries
Preparation
Add ingredients for smoothie to a high speed blender. Use less liquid if you want it extra thick, or a little more if you want it thin and drinkable.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a chilled bowl and top with toppings.
