Simple Berry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • handful frozen cauliflower
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 scoop vanilla multi collagen
  • 1 tbs chia seeds
  • oat milk to blend

Toppings

  • sliced bananas
  • fresh strawberries
  • endurance pb granola

Preparation

  1. Blend the ingredients from the 'Ingredients' section with oat milk until smooth

  2. Pour the blended mixture into a bowl

  3. Add the toppings from the 'Toppings' section
