Ingredients

  • This made two large servings between me and my fiancé. In a blender I added 4 bananas
  • 2 cups unsweetened #organic soy milk
  • about a cup or more frozen blueberries
  • and 2 cups frozen mangos. You can adjust the amounts to your taste or thickness. Very simple
  • but super #yummy and nutritious. Topped with ground #flaxseeds this smoothies is packed with vitamin A
  • vitamin C
  • protein
  • omega-3s
  • fiber
  • antioxidants
  • and potassium. Good way to start the morning
