Thick Smoothie
Ingredients
- I used (makes 2 servings)
- 1 cup buckwheat, soaked in warm water and 1 tsp of vinegar overnight, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 tsp. matcha powder
- 1 Tbsp. ground flax seeds
- 2 bananas
- 3-4 dates, pitted
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Preparation
Blended everything until smooth and served it with my favorite fruit, fresh figs
