Thick Smoothie

Ingredients

  • I used (makes 2 servings)
  • 1 cup buckwheat, soaked in warm water and 1 tsp of vinegar overnight, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 tsp. matcha powder
  • 1 Tbsp. ground flax seeds
  • 2 bananas
  • 3-4 dates, pitted
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Preparation

  1. Blended everything until smooth and served it with my favorite fruit, fresh figs
