Tropical Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 2-3 chunks frozen mango
- 2-3 chunks frozen papaya
- 2-3 chunks frozen pineapple
- 2 tbsp @oatly greek yoghurt (or sub any vegan yoghurt)
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 100ml warmed plant-milk
- handful of your favourite granola
- 1 tsp flax seeds
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp toasted coconut flakes
- 1/2 a peach
Preparation
In a blender, add frozen fruit, turmeric, yoghurt and warm plant milk and blend until thick and smooth
In a bowl, begin by layering granola, pour smoothie on top and then finish with flax seed, chia seed, coconut and fresh sliced peach!
