Tropical Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2-3 chunks frozen mango
  • 2-3 chunks frozen papaya
  • 2-3 chunks frozen pineapple
  • 2 tbsp @oatly greek yoghurt (or sub any vegan yoghurt)
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 100ml warmed plant-milk
  • handful of your favourite granola
  • 1 tsp flax seeds
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp toasted coconut flakes
  • 1/2 a peach

Preparation

  1. In a blender, add frozen fruit, turmeric, yoghurt and warm plant milk and blend until thick and smooth

  2. In a bowl, begin by layering granola, pour smoothie on top and then finish with flax seed, chia seed, coconut and fresh sliced peach!
