Vibrant Cauliflower and Papaya Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup steamed and frozen cauliflower
  • 1 cup fresh papaya and blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 scoop protein powder (optional)

Toppings

  • Persimmons
  • Frozen blueberries
  • Coconut flakes
  • Granola

Preparation

  1. If using chia seeds, soak them in 1/2 cup nut milk for 10 minutes.

  2. Blend the cauliflower, papaya, blueberries, and protein powder until smooth.

  3. Add the toppings to the smoothie.
