Vibrant Cauliflower and Papaya Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup steamed and frozen cauliflower
- 1 cup fresh papaya and blueberries
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 scoop protein powder (optional)
Toppings
- Persimmons
- Frozen blueberries
- Coconut flakes
- Granola
Preparation
If using chia seeds, soak them in 1/2 cup nut milk for 10 minutes.
Blend the cauliflower, papaya, blueberries, and protein powder until smooth.
Add the toppings to the smoothie.
