Chicken Broth

Ingredients

  • raw chicken
  • apple cider vinegar
  • onions
  • garlic
  • carrots
  • celery
  • bay leaf
  • and unrefined salt and pepper
  • fresh thyme and parsley

Preparation

  1. After 2hrs of simmering at low heat, chicken will be ready. Remove chicken, allow to cool a bit and remove meat from chicken (put in a glass bowl and store in the refrigerator) and put bones back in the pot and keep simmering for a few more hours

  2. Strain liquid to have your broth and use it for whatever you need, wether it’s to make chicken soup or another kind of soup, to make sauces or to use to consume on its own

  3. Chicken broth strengthen both the digestive and immune health
