Easy Low-Calorie Beet Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 COMPLETE d-eat
  • 50g red beet
  • 1/4 garlic clove
  • 1 tsp organic soup seasoning
  • 200ml water
  • 1 tsp soya-based cooking cream for decoration

Preparation

  1. Cut the red beet into pieces and cook until soft in a pot with salted water.

  2. Drain the red beet.

  3. Put it together with the garlic and warm water into a stand mixer.

  4. Puree everything finely and then add the soup seasoning and the COMPLETE d-eat.

  5. Pour the liquid into a bowl.

  6. Add a dollop of soya-based cooking cream as decoration.

  7. Optionally, sprinkle with a few black sesame seeds.
