Easy Low-Calorie Beet Soup
Ingredients
- 1 COMPLETE d-eat
- 50g red beet
- 1/4 garlic clove
- 1 tsp organic soup seasoning
- 200ml water
- 1 tsp soya-based cooking cream for decoration
Preparation
Cut the red beet into pieces and cook until soft in a pot with salted water.
Drain the red beet.
Put it together with the garlic and warm water into a stand mixer.
Puree everything finely and then add the soup seasoning and the COMPLETE d-eat.
Pour the liquid into a bowl.
Add a dollop of soya-based cooking cream as decoration.
Optionally, sprinkle with a few black sesame seeds.
