Traditional Slovak Christmas Sauerkraut Soup

Ingredients

  • sauerkraut
  • bay leaves
  • lentils
  • prunes
  • foraged mushrooms
  • cashew cream
  • tiger nut milk
  • oat milk

Preparation

  1. Cook lentils and mushrooms in a pot with water until tender.

  2. Add sauerkraut, bay leaves, and prunes.
