Traditional Slovak Christmas Sauerkraut Soup
Ingredients
- sauerkraut
- bay leaves
- lentils
- prunes
- foraged mushrooms
- cashew cream
- tiger nut milk
- oat milk
Preparation
Cook lentils and mushrooms in a pot with water until tender.
Add sauerkraut, bay leaves, and prunes.
