30 Minute Lentil Vegetable Soup
Ingredients
- lentils
- carrots
- celery
- onion
- garlic
- zucchini
- potatoes
- Swiss chard
Preparation
Chop the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
Add all ingredients to a large pot along with water or vegetable broth.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes until lentils and vegetables are tender.
