Air-Fried Crunchy Tofu

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of tofu, torn into small pieces
  • 1 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 1 tsp of peanut butter or tahini
  • 1 tsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients into a thick paste

  2. Then add the tofu and mix it in so it gets well coated

  3. Air-fry it for about 5 minutes on medium-high

  4. If you like it really crunchy (like I do), leave it in up to 10 minutes
