Lettucewraps⁣

Ingredients

  • Handful mushrooms ⁣
  • Soy sauce⁣
  • Sesame oil⁣
  • 2tb tahini⁣
  • 3tb plantbased mayonnaise ⁣
  • 1/2ts chilli flakes⁣
  • Thumb big piece of ginger⁣
  • 1 pack smoked tofu⁣
  • 1 lettuce⁣
  • 1 lime⁣
  • 1 handful cilantro ⁣
  • 1 avocado⁣
  • 1 carrot⁣
  • 1 handful sprouts ⁣
  • 1/4 cucumber⁣

Preparation

  1. Chop the mushrooms in half⁣

  2. Fry in sesame oil⁣

  3. Deglaze with a splash of soy sauce⁣

  4. Wash the salad and pick up the big leaves and place on a plate⁣

  5. Chop ginger in tiny pieces⁣

  6. Mix tahini, plantbased mayonnaise, 1tb soy sauce, chili and ginger ⁣

  7. Chop the tofu in small cubes⁣

  8. Chop cilantro⁣

  9. Chop avocado and cucumber in small pieces⁣

  10. Chop carrots in thin stripes⁣

  11. Now fill the lettuce leaves with all the ingredients⁣

  12. Top with your sauce and a splash of lime⁣
