High Protein Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

  • 300 grams Tofu (soft)
  • 2 tablespoons Cacao Powder
  • 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup

Toppings

  • 2 tablespoons Frozen Blueberries (or any berries of your choice)
  • 2 teaspoons Chocolate Drops
  • 2 teaspoons Shredded Coconut
  • 2 teaspoons Maple Syrup

Preparation

  1. Mash the tofu in a bowl with a fork, then stir in the cacao powder and maple syrup.

  2. Transfer to serving glasses or jars, then top with defrosted blueberries, chocolate drops, shredded coconut and maple syrup.

  3. Serve immediately or store in the fridge covered for up to 3 days.
