Vegan Indian Tofu Curry Dish

Ingredients

  • tofu
  • butter
  • onion
  • garam masala
  • turmeric
  • cumin
  • garlic
  • ginger
  • passata
  • soy cream
  • sunflower oil

Preparation

  1. Heat sunflower oil in a pan over medium heat.

  2. Add onion, garlic, and ginger; sauté until softened and fragrant.

  3. Stir in garam masala, turmeric, and cumin; cook for 1-2 minutes to release aromas.

  4. Add passata and soy cream; mix well to combine.

  5. Incorporate tofu and simmer for 10-15 minutes until heated through and flavors meld.
