Vegan Indian Tofu Curry Dish
Ingredients
- tofu
- butter
- onion
- garam masala
- turmeric
- cumin
- garlic
- ginger
- passata
- soy cream
- sunflower oil
Preparation
Heat sunflower oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add onion, garlic, and ginger; sauté until softened and fragrant.
Stir in garam masala, turmeric, and cumin; cook for 1-2 minutes to release aromas.
Add passata and soy cream; mix well to combine.
Incorporate tofu and simmer for 10-15 minutes until heated through and flavors meld.
Serve hot, optionally with rice or naan.
