Fresh Spirulina Breakfast Bowl with Yogurt and Berries

Ingredients

  • 2 oz soaked cashew nuts (soaked overnight in water)
  • 2 medjool dates
  • 1 frozen banana
  • splash of unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp SpiraVeg fresh spirulina

Toppings

  • 3-4 oz unsweetened coconut yogurt
  • raspberries
  • mulberries

Preparation

  1. Rinse and drain the cashew nuts.

  2. Mix ingredients together on high in a blender.

  3. Take care not to use too much milk because it will turn into a smoothie and not a cream.

  4. Top with fresh yogurt and mulberries, nuts or seeds of your choice.
