Healthy Egg White Bites for Breakfast

Ingredients

  • Egg whites
  • Spinach
  • Peppers
  • Onions
  • Olive oil

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 375.

  2. Separate egg whites or buy organic egg whites in a carton.

  3. Briefly sauté favorite veggies, such as spinach, peppers, and onions.

  4. Lightly coat muffin tins with favorite olive oil, pour veggies and egg whites about 3/4 full.

  5. Cook for 25-30 minutes; when done, remove from muffin tray and let cool on baking rack.

  6. Enjoy your muscle building bites!
