Healthy Egg White Bites for Breakfast
Ingredients
- Egg whites
- Spinach
- Peppers
- Onions
- Olive oil
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375.
Separate egg whites or buy organic egg whites in a carton.
Briefly sauté favorite veggies, such as spinach, peppers, and onions.
Lightly coat muffin tins with favorite olive oil, pour veggies and egg whites about 3/4 full.
Cook for 25-30 minutes; when done, remove from muffin tray and let cool on baking rack.
