Easy Homemade Frittata with Veggies and Spices

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • Spices (e.g., black pepper, oregano)
  • Spinach
  • Red onion
  • Pesto
  • Kimchi
  • Microgreens

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350F

  2. In a medium bowl, whisk 4 eggs and 1/4 cup almond milk together

  3. Add in any spices you like, such as black pepper and oregano

  4. Add your favorite veggies, for example spinach, red onion, pesto, and kimchi

  5. Bake for 17-20 minutes depending on how you like your eggs cooked

  6. Top with microgreens
