Easy and Tasty Egg Cups Two Ways
Ingredients
- 10 eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk (almond milk suggested)
- salt
- pepper
- chili flakes
Toppings option 1
- bacon
- Parmesan cheese
- red onion
Toppings option 2
- spinach
- Parmesan cheese
- red onion
- green pepper
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Prepare a muffin tin by oiling or spraying it.
Combine 10 eggs, 2 tablespoons milk, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
Prep toppings: cook bacon, shred cheese, finely chop green pepper and red onion.
Assemble by putting toppings in the muffin tin first, followed by the egg mixture.
Bake for 25 minutes.
