Broccoli and Cheddar Egg Bites for Healthy Breakfast
Ingredients
- 2 cups broccoli
- 10 eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- salt
- pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- chili flakes (optional)
Preparation
Steam 2 cups of broccoli.
Beat 10 eggs in a bowl.
Mix in 1 cup shredded cheddar, chopped steamed broccoli, salt, pepper, 1 tsp garlic powder, and optional chili flakes.
Divide mixture evenly into a greased muffin tin.
Bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees.
