Baked Eggs in a Basket

Ingredients

  • 6 slices sourdough bread
  • 6 eggs
  • 12 slices of bacon
  • Avocado
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400F

  2. Bake the bacon for 8-10 minutes

  3. Remove and pat some grease off if you want

  4. Cut holes in the middle of the bread using whatever you want

  5. Add the bread to a greased sheet pan

  6. Add two slices of bacon to the toast

  7. Crack eggs on top

  8. Add salt and pepper

  9. Bake until the egg whites are set, about 15 minutes

  10. Remove and top with sliced avocado
