Soft Boiled Eggs on Toast
Ingredients
- 2 slices multigrain sourdough bread
- Mayonnaise
- 1 avocado
- 2 eggs
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chili flakes
Preparation
Boil the eggs for 6 minutes.
Toast the bread slices.
Mash the avocado.
Spread mayonnaise on one slice and mashed avocado on the other slice.
Place the soft-boiled eggs on top of the toast slices.
Season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
