Soft Boiled Eggs on Toast

Ingredients

  • 2 slices multigrain sourdough bread
  • Mayonnaise
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Chili flakes

Preparation

  1. Boil the eggs for 6 minutes.

  2. Toast the bread slices.

  3. Mash the avocado.

  4. Spread mayonnaise on one slice and mashed avocado on the other slice.

  5. Place the soft-boiled eggs on top of the toast slices.

  6. Season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
