Egg Toasts with Sautéed Mushrooms and Spring Onions

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g mushrooms
  • 2 spring onions
  • 2 slices of toast
  • some olive oil
  • salt

Preparation

  1. Wash and chop your mushrooms and spring onions

  2. Sauté them in a pan, using just a little bit of olive oil and sprinkle some salt

  3. Put some baking paper in a little baking tray

  4. Using a flower cookie cutter make some holes in your bread slices

  5. Arrange them on top of the baking paper

  6. Put a little bit of olive oil in the center of every flower hole

  7. Crack your eggs and put them in the oven for several minutes
