Avocado and Pink Hummus Toast
Ingredients
- 1 can boiled chickpeas
- 1 can or 1/2 jar preboiled and precut beetroot
- salt
- olive oil
- 1 tablespoon tahini (optional)
- lemon juice to taste (optional)
- bread slices
- avocado
Preparation
Strain and wash the chickpeas and beetroot.
Blend them with salt, olive oil, tahini, and lemon juice until creamy. Add cold water if needed.
Toast the bread slices.
Spread the pink hummus on the toasted bread.
Top with avocado slices.
