Avocado and Egg Breakfast Toast

Ingredients

  • 1 gluten-free English muffin
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • Everything but the bagel seasoning, to taste

Preparation

  1. Boil eggs until hard-boiled.

  2. Mash the avocado.

  3. Toast the English muffin.

  4. Top the toasted muffin with mashed avocado, sliced hard-boiled eggs, and seasoning.
