Savory Baked Sweet Potato with Eggs and Bacon

Ingredients

  • 1 sweet potato
  • 2 eggs
  • Pink Himalayan salt ghee
  • 2 slices bacon
  • Everything but the bagel seasoning
  • Sriracha (optional)

Preparation
