Eggs with Crispy Cauliflower Gnocchi and Avocado
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- Trader Joe's cauliflower gnocchi
- 1/2 avocado
- ghee or butter or oil
Preparation
Thaw the cauliflower gnocchi before cooking.
Sauté the gnocchi in a little ghee until crispy.
Remove the gnocchi from the pan.
Fry the eggs in the same pan with the leftover ghee. You can use butter or oil instead of ghee.
