Avocado Toast with Fried Eggs and Strawberries

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • ghee (such as Fourth & Heart brand)
  • strawberries
  • 1 slice sourdough bread
  • 1/2 avocado
  • pink Himalayan salt

Preparation
