Soft Poached Egg Avocado Toast
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- Toast
- 1/2 avocado
- White vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chili flakes
Optional
- Green onions
Preparation
Bring a pot of water to a boil and lower the heat slightly.
Add a splash of white vinegar.
Crack the egg into a ramekin and lower it into the water.
Cook for 2.5 minutes for a soft and runny egg.
Remove the egg with a slotted spoon.
Toast the bread and top with mashed avocado.
Add the poached egg and season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
Optionally, top with green onions for extra flavor.
