High Protein Avocado Toast
Ingredients
- 1 avocado
- 100g extra firm tofu
- 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
- Juice of half a lemon
- 1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
- Pinch of chili flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 slices bread (high protein if possible)
Preparation
Mash all ingredients together in a bowl.
Spread the mixture onto bread slices and pan fry until crispy.
