High Protein Avocado Toast

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 100g extra firm tofu
  • 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
  • Pinch of chili flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 slices bread (high protein if possible)

Preparation

  1. Mash all ingredients together in a bowl.

  2. Spread the mixture onto bread slices and pan fry until crispy.
