Sautéed Chili Lime Shrimp with Vegetables
Ingredients
- shrimp
- Trader Joe's chili lime seasoning
- olive oil
- peppers
- onions
- cauliflower rice
- avocado
Preparation
Thaw the shrimp.
Sprinkle with Trader Joe's chili lime seasoning.
Heat two skillets over low to medium heat.
Sauté the shrimp in one skillet with olive oil for 7-8 minutes, ensuring not to overcook.
Sauté peppers and onions in the other skillet with olive oil for about 15 minutes.
Add cauliflower rice at the end of cooking the vegetables.
Pair with avocado or serve as desired.
