Delicious Tofu Stir Fry with Veggies and Rice
Ingredients
- onions
- bell pepper
- garlic
- broccoli
- carrots
- olive oil
- black pepper
- 1 cup cauliflower rice
- tofu
- sweet potatoes
- avocado
Preparation
Chop onions, bell pepper, garlic, broccoli, and carrots.
Cook the chopped vegetables with olive oil and pepper.
Add 1 cup of cauliflower rice to the mixture.
Fry the tofu in olive oil until ready.
Mix the fried tofu with the vegetables and cauliflower rice.
Add sweet potatoes and avocado on the side.
Note that salt may not be needed if tofu is flavorful.
