Easy Shrimp with Cauliflower Gnocchi and Kale
Ingredients
- Shrimp
- Olive oil
- Coconut aminos (a few tablespoons)
- Kale
- Cauliflower gnocchi (leftover or pre-cooked)
- Pesto
Preparation
Cook shrimp in olive oil over low-medium heat for 10 minutes, sprinkled with a few tablespoons of coconut aminos.
Sauté kale in a pan until wilted
Heat leftover cauliflower gnocchi and add pesto after cooking to avoid sogginess
