Spicy Cauliflower Gnocchi with Garlic and Chili Powder

Ingredients

  • 1 package cauliflower gnocchi
  • olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon chipotle powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder

Preparation

  1. Thaw the cauliflower gnocchi.

  2. Add the gnocchi to a skillet with plenty of olive oil and stir frequently to prevent sticking.

  3. Set aside half of the gnocchi for later use.

  4. In a bowl, mix 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon chipotle powder, and 1/4 teaspoon chili powder.

  5. Coat the remaining gnocchi with the spice mixture.

  6. Cook the coated gnocchi for a little longer.
