Spicy Cauliflower Gnocchi with Garlic and Chili Powder
Ingredients
- 1 package cauliflower gnocchi
- olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon chipotle powder
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
Preparation
Thaw the cauliflower gnocchi.
Add the gnocchi to a skillet with plenty of olive oil and stir frequently to prevent sticking.
Set aside half of the gnocchi for later use.
In a bowl, mix 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon chipotle powder, and 1/4 teaspoon chili powder.
Coat the remaining gnocchi with the spice mixture.
Cook the coated gnocchi for a little longer.
