Shrimp and Pea Pasta
Ingredients
- Any short pasta that can be picked up by chubby fingers
- 6 frozen peeled and deveined shrimp
- A handful of frozen sweet peas (or whatever vegetable we have left over in the fridge. I often use kale, broccoli or spinach)
- Splash of Olive oil
- Grated Parmesan
Preparation
Drop pasta into boiling salted water and set a timer for 3 minutes less than the package directions calls for
When the timer goes off, add the shrimp and vegetables and cook for another 4 minutes (if using leftover cooked vegetables, drop them in at the last seconds instead)
Drain the pasta and top with a little olive oil and grated parmesan. Depending on how well your baby chews you may want to cut the shrimp into small pieces to serve
