Cauliflower Gnocchi Sausage Kale Mushrooms Skillet
Ingredients
- 1 bag cauliflower gnocchi
- 1/2 onion
- 3-4 baby portobello mushrooms
- olive oil
- 3 sausage links
- 1 tsp onion powder
- salt
- 1/2 tsp Chipotle powder
- kale
Preparation
Heat a skillet over medium heat.
Thaw 1 bag of cauliflower gnocchi in the microwave or by boiling.
Cut up 1/2 onion and 3-4 baby portobello mushrooms, add to the skillet with a little olive oil.
Cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add a little more oil, the gnocchi, and 3 cut up sausage links.
Sprinkle with 1 tsp onion powder, a sprinkle of salt, and 1/2 tsp Chipotle powder.
Cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, then add the kale and cook until it is wilted.
