Healthy Kale Pesto for Busy Nights
Ingredients
- 3-4 handfuls kale
- 3 garlic cloves
- 7 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 onion
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 handful sunflower seeds
- 4 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- Splash of water
- Salt, pepper
Preparation
Chop the kale
Chop garlic and onion and fry in oil
Add everything to a food processor
Serve with pasta, sandwiches, pizza or salad bowls
