Fresh Pea and Spinach Pesto Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 cup thawed frozen spinach
- 1 cup thawed frozen peas
- 50g toasted macadamia nuts
- 2 cloves garlic
- 200 ml olive oil
- 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
- Juice of one lemon
- Salt to taste
Preparation
Add all the ingredients to a food processor.
Add the oil gradually and process until desired consistency.
