Vegan Carrot Top Pesto
Ingredients
- 80-100g carrot leaves
- 70g cashew nuts
- 3 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 clove garlic
- 150-200ml olive oil or hemp oil
Preparation
Put everything in a food processor or blender and blend until the carrot leaves are cut up very small and you have a nice pesto consistency.
