Vegan Carrot Top Pesto

Ingredients

  • 80-100g carrot leaves
  • 70g cashew nuts
  • 3 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 clove garlic
  • 150-200ml olive oil or hemp oil

Preparation

  1. Put everything in a food processor or blender and blend until the carrot leaves are cut up very small and you have a nice pesto consistency.
