15-Minute Sausage and Vegetable Skillet

Ingredients

  • 4 sausage links
  • 1 onion
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning

Preparation

  1. Preheat skillet over medium heat.

  2. Cut up the sausage, onion, bell peppers, and mushrooms.

  3. Add the veggies and sausage to a bowl, then add 2 tablespoons olive oil and 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning; mix everything together well.

  4. Coat the bottom of the skillet with a little oil and add the mixture.

  5. Cook covered for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.

  6. Enjoy, and pair with rice.
