Baked Smoky Cheesy Kale Crisps
Ingredients
- 150g bag of kale
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- pinch salt
Preparation
Place the kale in a large mixing bowl
Add the oil, nutritional yeast, smoked paprika, and salt, and mix with your hands
Place onto a large baking tray lined with baking paper
Bake at 200°C for 9 minutes
Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a couple of minutes
Tips
Nutritional yeast can be omitted to change the flavor
Nutritional yeast is typically found in supermarket vegan or free-from aisles
You can add chili or other spices for additional flavor
