Baked Smoky Cheesy Kale Crisps

Ingredients

  • 150g bag of kale
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • pinch salt

Preparation

  1. Place the kale in a large mixing bowl

  2. Add the oil, nutritional yeast, smoked paprika, and salt, and mix with your hands

  3. Place onto a large baking tray lined with baking paper

  4. Bake at 200°C for 9 minutes

  5. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a couple of minutes

Tips

  1. Nutritional yeast can be omitted to change the flavor

  2. Nutritional yeast is typically found in supermarket vegan or free-from aisles

  3. You can add chili or other spices for additional flavor
